Governance model
Our governance model is straightforward.
The Board
A Board of Directors consisting of the Managing Director and up to 12 non-executive Directors (including the Chairman) meets as needed to approve major developments. Decisions are made on the advice of the Senior Management Committee.
Senior Management Committee
A Senior Management Committee (SMC) made up of secondees from the shareholder companies governs Brass LNG day-to-day.
