At Brass LNG, our aim is to draw our labour force from Brass Island's local communities.
Development initiatives
As part of our Environmental Impact Assessment, we're conducting a social and economic study and general skills inventory of Brass Island.
Findings from these studies will help us determine what skills are needed and develop training programmes to empower Brass Island youth to become employable in the oil and gas industry.
Skills and education partners
We will work with many institutions to identify students and others who may be suitable candidates for employment.
