Our main priority is to promote developments that will simultaneously benefit local communities and our company.

We'll do this by working closely with the government, local development agencies and business organizations in the following areas:

Economic empowerment: We identify and support job creation opportunities so that more people are placed in profitable and gainful employment.
Influx management: To ensure well-being of Brass Island's communities, we're developing a wide-ranging worker management plan.
Capacity building: We support capacity building for members of the Brass Island communities and beyond.
Business development: We will encourage and promote small and medium-sized business development in local communities.
Environmental sustainability: We promote the sustainable development and use of renewable natural resources.
Agriculture and fisheries: We support the development and growth of sustainable agriculture and fisheries.
Infrastructure: We endorse access to education, health, transport, energy and other basic social needs.
Health services: We participate in community health programmes such as HIV/AIDS/STD awareness.
