Engineering, Procurement and Construction
As soon as the Final Investment Decision (FID) is taken, the project will move into the detailed Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) phase.
EPC contracts
The eight EPC contracts are for:
- Utilities and offsites
- Early works
- Site preparation, construction dock, and construction camp
- LNG, LPG, and residual NGL tanks
- Plant buildings, permanent housing, and staff amenities
- Dredging
- Gas trains
- Piled concrete breakwater and trestle/jetty/platforms
PMC
A Project Management Contractor ("PMC") will provide common facilities services, such as security and waste disposal, that will be shared with EPC contractors.
EPC Timeline
The EPC Phase is scheduled to commence at FID.
